CV. Port Numbay Leaf Tobacco (PNLT) is specializing in tobacco products supply Virginia, Java or Indonesia tobacco and producing cigarettes.
Our side businesses include product manufacturing, supplying and sourcing any other type of tobacco from Indonesia, as well as export fine Indonesia cigarettes, RYO, MYO & cigar.
HISTORY
Dated back to 1999, when the man behind the wheel, Mr. Hilman Ayyubi-who was a tour guide in Bali, met his first business client. That was the beginning of his involvement in tobacco and cigarette business.
As a freelance agent, he could easily product sourced the stuff in his homeland, East Java, where many verieties of tobaccos and cigarette manufacturers are available.
After a couple of years in the business-and being supported by his family decendent who were working in tobacco business as well, he set up CV. Port Numbay Leaf Tobacco in 2003.
The main office is in Jember area, where tobacco are grown here and there (there are three major places which produces High quality Indonesia Tobacco and Java Tobacco i. E. Jember, Besuki and Lumadjang or locally called ex-Karesidenan Besuki) .

Growing Java tobacco leaf
Manufacturing shredded tobacco, cut rag / sliced leaf,
Supplying tobacco or exportation tobacco and cigarettes
Buying agent for leaf tobacco and Indonesia popular brands of cigarettes
PNLT has several fields to grow dry, high-land tobacco. The weather and land contour has help to gain better quality of tobacco.
These tobacco leaves are mostly to support the production of some cigarette brands which are cigarette kretek, aromatic cigarette as well as RYO (roll your own) cigarettes, MYO (make your own cigarette) . These cigarettes are not only for local market, but have also been exported to several countries.
Our knowledge of local area and people has enabled us to easily act as your buying agent for any variety of tobacco. To get a big volume of certain tobacco variety, we will work together with local farmers directly.
We can also outsource a certain tobacco leaves from PTPN X and Koperasi Karta Negara (government owned) .
